TP Internships offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in implementing Tactical Periodisation® in your specific context, while experiencing the cultural environment of its birth place, the wonderful city of Porto, Portugal.

No! This is a completely custom made educational program. So, you choose the duration (we recommend at least 1 week) and the dates you wish to participate.

Well, this program is usually available for groups between 2 and 4 participants. But, we may design something and see if it meets your expectations. Get in touch with us!

Here’s what’s included: Match and training entrances; Visits to clubs, academies, museums; lunches; Travelling between places (if needed); Masterclasses with Prof. Vitor Frade and other coaches; All tutoring sessions. Not included: Flights; accommodation; Transfers between hotel and airport; Dinners; Personal expenses.

No. As it is custom made, we adapt the entire program to every level of experience, role and level of coaching from youth to Pro.
