TP: A aplica\u00e7\u00e3o da Periodiza\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e1tica\u00ae \u00e9 um fato feito por medida e isso depende do contexto, das pessoas que fazem parte do processo. Porque \u00e9 que o <\/strong>Morfociclo Padr\u00e3o<\/strong><\/a> \u00e9 a solu\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/h4>\n

 <\/strong>Mara Vieira: <\/strong>Primeiro \u00e9 preciso perceber as particularidades de cada um. Porqu\u00ea? Por exemplo, imaginem que eu, estou a falar com um grupo de treinadores e nesse grupo posso ter algu\u00e9m de uma equipa senior, que treina quatro vezes por semana. Posso ter algu\u00e9m que est\u00e1 na Forma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/a> e que treina duas vezes por semana e eventualmente tem meio campo para treinar em todos os treinos e posso ter outro com uma outra realidade, algu\u00e9m que treina sub19 que n\u00e3o seja do campeonato nacional, que treina tr\u00eas vezes por semana e que tamb\u00e9m partilha meio campo. Ent\u00e3o, h\u00e1 quest\u00f5es muito pr\u00e1ticas que \u00e9 preciso partir delas para que, entrando nos contextos de cada um, n\u00f3s possamos discutir.<\/p>\n

O Morfociclo Padr\u00e3o tem uma especificidade muito pr\u00f3pria em fun\u00e7\u00e3o dos contextos, que vamos encontrando dentro das diversas das faixas et\u00e1rias, nos diferentes clubes, nos diferentes pa\u00edses etc.. Mas, tudo isso, apesar de diferente entre si, tem algo em comum. Tal como o Morfociclo Padr\u00e3o tem de diferente na sua aplica\u00e7\u00e3o em cada contexto, mas depois tem quest\u00f5es que s\u00e3o comuns. Uma delas \u00e9 que parte do futebol.<\/p>\n

Portanto, primeiro vamos discutir muito futebol. Toda a gente que fala tem que partir daquilo que observa diariamente. O jogo do Real Madrid contra o Man. City, o jogo do Benfica contra Sporting feminino se est\u00e1 ligado ao futebol feminine, entre outros. Partindo do futebol, das preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es que s\u00e3o o futebol e partindo do jogo. Esta metodologia parte sempre do jogar, a toda a hora.<\/p>\n

Como \u00e9 que n\u00f3s o fazemos durante uma semana inteira a jogar sem jogar sempre da mesma maneira? E isto para quem conhece melhor o Morfociclo Padr\u00e3o \u00e9 uma esp\u00e9cie de algoritmo para o processo de cada um. \u00c9 uma matriz comum, a matriz do que se faz em fun\u00e7\u00e3o dos jogos. Temos dois jogos, h\u00e1 preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es que se t\u00eam durante o Morfociclo Padr\u00e3o. Temos tr\u00eas jogos na semana, a preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 outra, mas n\u00e3o \u00e9 para os tr\u00eas jogos na semana, \u00e9 porque o Morfociclo Padr\u00e3o passa a ser de jogo a jogo. Tens s\u00f3 tr\u00eas dias de prepara\u00e7\u00e3o, depois tens quatro a seguir – isto para uma realidade s\u00e9nior<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Na realidade da forma\u00e7\u00e3o existem outros problemas: Como \u00e9 que eu vou gerindo a rotatividade dos meus jogadores? Como \u00e9 que eu vou gerindo para que todos estejam envolvidos no processo? O que \u00e9 a aprendizagem para a Periodiza\u00e7\u00e3o T\u00e1ctica? O que \u00e9 que voc\u00eas concebem como processo de ensino aprendizagem? H\u00e1 muitas outras quest\u00f5es que se colocam. V\u00e3o haver d\u00favidas? V\u00e3o. O pr\u00f3prio Morfociclo Padr\u00e3o foi actualizado.<\/p>\n

S\u00f3 aconteceu, porque parte sempre sempre do pr\u00e1tico. O porqu\u00ea da metodologia e a sua fundamenta\u00e7\u00e3o, o porqu\u00ea de se fazer determinada maneira e o porqu\u00ea de \u00e0s vezes no nosso jogo termos a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o \u201ca minha equipa chegou cansada ao jogo, mas chegou porqu\u00ea?\u201d E o Morfociclo Padr\u00e3o exlica a l\u00f3gica e o porqu\u00ea.<\/p>\n

Mara Vieira: <\/strong>First, you need to understand the particularities of each one. Why? For example, imagine that I\u2019m talking to a group of coaches and in that group I may have someone from a senior team, who trains four times a week. I can have someone who is in Youth Football and trains twice a week and eventually has half a field to train in every training session and I can have another with another reality, someone who trains under 19s who are not in the national championship, who trains three times a week, and also uses half a pitch. So, there are very practical questions that we need to start with so that, entering each person’s context, we may discuss.<\/p>\n

The Pattern Morphocycle    o<\/a> has its own specificity depending on the contexts, which we find within different age groups, in different clubs, in different countries, etc. But, all of this, despite being different from each other, has something in common. Just like the Pattern Morphocycle. Its application is different in each context, but then there are issues that are common. One of them is the starting point, football.<\/p>\n

So, first let’s discuss a lot of football. Everyone who speaks has to start from what they observe daily. Real Madrid’s game against Man City, Benfica’s women\u2019s match against Sporting, to whoever is connected to women’s football, among others.
