O Princ\u00edpio das Propens\u00f5es \u00e9 um termo cunhado por Popper que eu uso, e retiro dele porque as propens\u00f5es \u00e9 o <u>contexto <\/u>estar mais propenso a X do que a Y, porque normalmente as pessoas dizem: \u201cQuero que fa\u00e7a isto ou aquilo&#8221;. N\u00e3o! Eu quero que ele fa\u00e7a dependendo de um determinado contexto. Ent\u00e3o, preciso dar origem a um contexto, n\u00e3o aos comportamentos, e isso confunde muito as pessoas. Ent\u00e3o, o que me ajuda a lidar com esses instantes para aproveitar melhor os momentos \u00e9 o entendimento do jogo e a capacidade de antecipa\u00e7\u00e3o, isso \u00e9 mental! Uma transi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 passar de uma configura\u00e7\u00e3o mental para outra e se for maximalmente qualitativa, \u00e9 coletiva, isso que \u00e9, e em fun\u00e7\u00e3o disto ou daquilo \u00e9 realizada mais r\u00e1pido ou mais devagar.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, preciso criar condi\u00e7\u00f5es para que isso seja organizado de forma mais preferencial para que haja uma certa familiaridade com uma determinada l\u00f3gica. Eu crio um contexto que d\u00e1 azo isso acontecer, e isso pode resultar em&#8230; sei l\u00e1, o gajo est\u00e1 distra\u00eddo, \u201c<em>olha, o gajo est\u00e1 distra\u00eddo<\/em>\u201d, ent\u00e3o eu preciso intervir individualmente com ele ou porque ele entendeu mal ou porque ele est\u00e1 a pensar em outra coisa, alienando o <em>timing<\/em>, portanto \u00e9 um contexto! O comportamento n\u00e3o posso prever e nem \u00e9 ben\u00e9fico para voc\u00ea saber o que vai acontecer.<\/p>\n<p>Ele tem \u00e9 que ser ajust\u00e1vel \u00e0\u2026 \u00e9 por isso que fico chocado quando ou\u00e7o na TV que o treinador tinha um plano de jogo para cansar o advers\u00e1rio para que ele depois aumentar a velocidade. Isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 futebol, para mim.<\/p>\n<p>Por isso digo que Anatomia, Fisiologia, Antropologia, Sociologia, etc., todas s\u00e3o muito importantes para a licenciatura, mas isoladamente t\u00eam import\u00e2ncia zero para a especializa\u00e7\u00e3o futebol\u00edstica! Ou sou capaz de saber, isolando o objeto de estudo, neste caso o jogo, de saber o quanto cada \u00e1rea contribui&#8230; mesmo assim, \u00e9 complicado. Quantas Psicologias existem hoje em dia? Por exemplo, hoje em dia a Psicologia do Desenvolvimento j\u00e1 n\u00e3o \u00e9 uma Psicologia por etapas, tenho que saber isso e aproveitar isso para esta realidade, e isso s\u00f3 pode ser alcan\u00e7ado por algu\u00e9m que esteja interessado em consider\u00e1-la, mas acima de tudo, essa pessoa deve conhecer muito sobre futebol. E isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 f\u00e1cil.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, o Princ\u00edpio das Propens\u00f5es \u00e9 esse, o contexto acontecimental. Estamos aqui. Qual \u00e9 o contexto? N\u00e3o, eles param, trocam a bola e o mesmo acontece com a Espanha. Portugal correu mais que Espanha! Ent\u00e3o, preciso treinar menos que o normal, meu padr\u00e3o \u00e9 de 90 minutos, mais que isso \u00e9 desnecess\u00e1rio! Mas jogar domingo a domingo \u00e9 um desperd\u00edcio se eu n\u00e3o utilizar mais de um dia para treinar, mas s\u00f3 posso fazer isso se tiver a garantia de que estou a treinar de acordo com a minha forma de jogar, mas nem sempre trabalhando o mesmo conte\u00fado da minha forma de jogar! \u00c9 disso que se trata a altern\u00e2ncia. E sendo diverso o modo em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao prolongamento da sua manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o e ao seu cansa\u00e7o\u2026. ent\u00e3o temos que calibrar por a\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Trata-se de levar ao extremo ou maximizar, digamos assim, num dia um indicador, outro no outro n\u00e3o esse, e no outro, outro. Tendo a garantia\u2026. mas \u00e9 por isso que fico indignado quando falam em treinar a tens\u00e3o, n\u00e3o \u00e9 nada disso. Ent\u00e3o, eu tenho 3 dias e eles v\u00e3o estar 3 dias de folga? Ent\u00e3o, eles v\u00e3o l\u00e1 e n\u00e3o fazem \u201cnada\u201d! Ou melhor, continuam a n\u00e3o fazer \u201cnada\u201d pela larga dura\u00e7\u00e3o dos intervalos que tenho de dar. Ent\u00e3o, \u00e9 s\u00f3 jogar 3v3 e chutar, por exemplo, e parou e depois jogar de novo, mas por muito pouco tempo! Porque o que vai fazer ele descansar \u2018n\u00e3o \u00e9\u2019 isso, \u00e9 ele estar descansar da\u00ed, os v\u00e1rios intervalos! The idea of equalling load is the one placed by the other logic. I say that in recovery\u2026. great, they rest or they do nothing, but it doesn\u2019t make sense! So, I have 3 days and they will be 3 days off? Then, they will go there and do \u2018nothing\u2019! Or even better, they will keep doing \u2018nothing\u2019 due to the length of breaks that I need to provide.
